Installation at Zipernowsky Studio featured in Octogon Magazine

“The most sustainable way of shopping is more about buying fewer garments and lengthening their life cycles.” The aptly named „I love my clothes” window installation organized by Kultúrgorilla at Zipernowsky Studio aims to remind each of us that the only way towards a sustainable future is by making small changes to our habits: buying less, purchasing only sustainably and ethically made garments and taking care of them for decades.

The exhibition was featured in the prestigious Octogon Architecture & Design magazine as well, hailing the slow fashion movement.

NEMES coat from our AW21 collection was featured as part of the selection of garments displayed in the installation. NEMES coat - part of our REMADE line - was crafted by hand from seven over 60-year-old velvet headkerchiefs originating from seven different homes in rural Hungary. As each headkerchief, each coat is one-of-a-kind telling their own story unfolding over decades.
