ZSIGMOND DORA menswear is seeking a Brand Manager who will develop multi-channel marketing plans and craft compelling stories for the brand’s market entry to Budapest and worldwide. The ideal candidate will be a natural-born marketer and storyteller, who understands the international market, industry trends, and embodies the brand’s mission and culture. S/he will be a proactive and high- energy problem solver, comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company environment. 

• Responsible for managing and communicating the ZSIGMOND DORA menswear marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, drive traffic and maintain the brand message consistent throughout related markets including retail and ecommerce 
• Creation and implementation of annual global and local seasonal marketing calendar, and ensure impactful and on-brand execution of all initiatives and campaigns 
• Understand brand’s voice, objectives and goals; look for opportunities on our social channels to help meet those goals
• Ensure all trade and consumer engagement with the brand, delivers a luxury experience and brand image and position are property maintained and represented 
• Securing innovative brand partnerships to widen exposure and product categories
• Drive the development, ideation and strategic thinking of best-in-class marketing solutions and creative concepts in terms of brand collaborations, promotions, seasonal campaigns
• Create seasonal online and offline marketing campaign strategy and delivery plan
• Growing own-brand retail channel strategy and implementation including e-commerce and popups
• Develop and execute strategic and creative events that drive traffic and increase customer awareness and measure ROI.
• Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies through CRM programs. 
• Drive innovative idea generation by monitoring trends in social, digital and mobile media and exploring new tools, trends and applications. 
• Partner with cross-functional creative and marketing teams to develop strategies that exemplify the brand globally. 
• Create and realize 360° campaigns that cater to the needs of the customer and reflect the brand DNA
• Seek out opportunities to understand other areas of the business, build relationships and gain an understanding of the future of the brand
The Ideal Candidate
Essential Skills and Requirements 
• relevant work experience
• Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions
• Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, and follow-up skills adapted for internal and external communication at all levels of seniority
• Fashion, media and trend savvy with a focus on digital innovation in the luxury space
• Should be a digital native with a passion for discovering out of the box solutions to support marketing programs
• Proven experience in fashion communication and PR 
• Excellent team player and interpersonal skills; the ability to interact with all levels both internally and externally with partners, vendors, publishers, wholesale accounts, etc.
• Strong media relationships in the luxury market 
• Experience managing budgets
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines 
• Great organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in womenswear PR and dealing with print and digital media.
• Experience with influencers, VIPS and events management.
• Proven experience with sample trafficking, client management and shipping logistics
• Technical knowledge of digital asset application across e-commerce, social and other digital platforms
• High level of personal integrity, loyalty. Must embrace the core values of the company; Respect, integrity, passion and open-mindedness
• Experience in web and social analytics

• Languages: Native Hungarian, exceptional English skills
• A strong understanding of luxury fashion
• A clear passion for the digital and social media space 
• Proactive thinker, ideas generator and ability to manage junior members of staff. 
• Excellent communication skills - written and oral
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately
