DESCRIPTION
Soft, loose-fit t-shirt with bespoke print designed by graphic artist and tattooist Aron Dimen. The image depicts a ‘Sylibum’ – or milk thistle -, a wild plant often found in the Hungarian countryside. The pattern is screen printed onto the garment by hand in a local, independent workshop in Budapest using a unique, eco-conscious dye.
The piece incorporates hem facings on the sleeves using a pre-fast-fashion garment-making technique that is meant not only as a decorative element but a way to elongate the lifespan of the garment by strengthening the parts of the garment that frays most easily.
Each garment is produced ethically and locally in Hungary using certificated materials sourced from qualified European manufacturers.
