Our aim is to fulfill your order in time, however we can't take responsibility if the delivery times are longer than indicated. CUSTOMS DUTY AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE

The custom duty and the custom clearance fee are not our responsibility and are not included in the final price, that means all countries are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty UnPaid) basis.

FREE EXCHANGE

We offer one free exchange delivery per orders. If you send us back your original products for an exchange, then the shipping cost of the exchanged package is on us. You still have to cover the cost of the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EXTRA INFORMATION

  • Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays of Hungary.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
